血浆同型半胱氨酸水平与脑静脉窦血栓形成的关系 被引量：2

摘要 目的探讨血同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平与脑静脉窦血栓(CVST)形成的关系。方法分析36例CVST患者的临床表现、病因及血Hcy水平,同时选40例健康对照组测定血Hcy水平,比较两组之间血Hcy水平的差异。结果 CVST组血Hcy水平及高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的比例均显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。36例CVST患者中24例病因明确,其中11例伴有HHcy,12例病因不清,有10例伴有HHcy。讨论HHcy可能是CVST的重要危险因素,所有CVST患者均应常规检测血Hcy水平。
