摘要
影响混凝效果的因素有很多,文中利用正交实验方法研究了容器的形状对混凝效果的影响,在实验室环境下,通过确定圆形容器和方形容器的最优工况,比较了两种工况下的混凝效果。实验表明:容器形状影响整个混凝过程,尤其对混凝过程中二级搅拌转速影响最大,圆形容器二级搅拌转速较高为180 r/min,而方形容器在120 r/min的二级转速下效果最佳。
There is amount of factors influencing coagulation efficiency.Under lab conditions,this study was conducted to analyze the effect of container's shape to coagulation efficiency through orthogonal experiments,as well as to compare the coagulation efficiency with different operating modes by ensuring the optimum operations of circular and rectangular containers.It was indicated that the entire coagulation process was affected by shape of containers;especially the effect to rotating velocities of secondary agitation was greatest in operation.The optimum rotating velocity of secondary agitation for circular containers was 180r/min,while 120r/min for rectangular containers.
