摘要
介绍了20万t/a二氯乙烷裂解装置改造情况:开发了新型二氯乙烷蒸发器和变径裂解炉管,并采用氢气和C4烃作为混合燃料气。改造后延长了裂解炉的清焦周期,减少了物料的流动阻力,有效地利用了副产氢气,实现了能源的梯级使用。
The transformations of 200 kt/a dichloroethane pyrolysis plant were introduced,including the development of novel evaporator and variable diameter cracking furnace tube for dichloroethane and the using of hydrogen/C4 hydrocarbon mixed fuel.After these transformations,coke erasing peroid was prolonged,the flow resistance of materials was reduced,and the by-product hydrogen was efficiently utilized,and thus the staged utilization of energy was realized.
