摘要
介绍了PVC手套专用糊树脂的研制过程,分析了其生产过程中存在的问题。通过提高单体质量,并对聚合、干燥、粉碎、包装等工序进行改造,提高了PVC手套专用糊树脂的质量,满足了加工用户的需求,实现了产业化、规模化生产。
The development process of PVC paste resin special for gloves was introduced,and problems existing in its production process were analyzed.Through improving the quality of monomer and remoulding the processes of polymerization,drying,crushing and packaging,the quality of PVC paste resin special for gloves was improved and thus satisfied processing needs,and large-scale and industrial production was realized.
