HPLC法测定荔枝核方中丹参素

Determination of propanoid acid in Semen Litchi Compound by HPLC

摘要 目的建立HPLC法测定荔枝核方中丹参素。方法 SinoChrom ODS-BP色谱柱(200mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-1%醋酸溶液(5:95),柱温为室温,体积流量1.0mL/min,检测波长280nm。结果丹参素在9.54~95.4μg/mL线性关系良好,r=0.9996;平均回收率为100.2%(RSD=1.8%,n=9)。结论该方法操作简便,其他组分对测定无干扰,准确性和重现性好,可作为荔枝核方的质量控制方法。 Objective To establish a method for determining the content of propanoid acid by HPLC.Methods The HPLC performed on a SinoChrom ODS-BP column(200 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm),mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid(5:95),column temperature was room temperature,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength was 280 nm.Results The calibration curve was linear in the range of 9.54—95.4 μg/mL with good linearity(r=0.999 6).The average recovery was 100.2%(RSD=1.8%,n=9).Conclusion The method is convenient,reliable,accurate and repeatable,and can be used in quality control of Semen Litchi Compound.
