Management and Allocation Methods of the Standby Power in High-Rise Residential Buildings

不断增加的城市高层居住建筑对供电可靠性的要求不断提高,对于该类建筑备用电源的规范化管理问题日趋显现。阐述了现行的国家及行业标准对高层居住建筑备用电源的相关规定,分析了目前高层居住建筑常用的备用电源类型及其切换方式,针对高层居住建筑备用电源管理模式存在的问题进行分析并提出应对措施,对备用电源的配置模式进行探讨。

With the increase of city high-rise residential buildings,the requirement for reliability of power supply has been increased as well,thus regular management of standby power for those buildings as a projected pro-blem has been received more and more attention.Some relative regulations of present national and industrial standard for standby power of high-rise residential buildings are described,routine types of standby power and their switching methods are analyzed.Through the analysis of existing problems of standby power for the high-rise residential buildings,some countermeasures and allocation methods of standby power are provided.
