摘要
目的:探讨手术室护士专科培训的方法,以便提高护士手术配合质量及医生满意度。方法:根据临床专科分组将手术室护士分成6个专科小组,设立6位专业组长,实行护士长-专科组长-组员三级管理体系,专业组长负责制定专科培训计划,定期进行组内业务学习,专业组长相对固定配合完成专科手术。结果:医生和护士对手术室分专科管理非常赞成,95%的医生认为分专科培训的最终目标是满足高精、复杂及专业性较强手术的需求,47.3%的护士认为分专科培训的目标是满足专业性较强手术的需求,且有42.1%的护士认为培训目标是满足所有手术的需求并成为手术室护理专家。结论:分专科培训引入竞争与激励机制,让护士有成长目标,为医疗提供更好的服务。
Objective To improve the professional level of nursing coordination during surgery and make surgeons more satisfied with nursing coordination.Methods All the nurses in the operating room were divided into six specialty groups by clinical surgical department.A leader was elected in each specialty group.A three-level management system was set up,with a matron leading each specialty group of ordinary nurses.Each leader was responsible for drawing up a training plan for the specialty group and for leading the group’s periodic study of its professional knowledge.And primarily observed the coordination between the nursing specialties and between the nurses.Results Both surgeons and nurses approved the management and coordination of the surgery.95% of the surgeons believed the training methods could assure more accurate,sophisticated,and professional surgery.47.5% of the nurses believed the training could fulfill the requirements for more successful special surgery.Furthermore,42.1% of the nurses believed the training could fulfill the requirements for improving all surgery outcomes and that they could become nursing experts in the operating room.Conclusion The training program could introduce a mechanism that allows for competition,encouragement,and reward.We believe it could help improve the professional performance of nurses and provide better delivery of medical treatment.
