摘要
采用了静压和振动2种不同成型方法,分别对水泥稳定冷再生混合料进行不同水泥剂量、新料掺量的配合比设计。通过一系列室内试验,得出了2种方法成型试件的物理、力学性能。经试验结果分析,表明振动成型方法与静压成型对比,可以明显提高水泥稳定冷再生混合料的抗压强度,从而提高路面结构的承载能力和稳定性。
Cement stable cold recycling mixture is made a seperate mix design of different cement and new material mixing dosages by adopting 2 molding methods of static pressure and vibration.After a series of indoor tests,the physics and the mechanics performances of the samples by means of 2 molding methods are presented.The results can show that compared with static pressure method,vibration molding method can improve obviously the compressive strength of cement stable cold recycling mixture to be helpful to the bearing capacity and stability of pavement structure.
