摘要 介绍了兴平污水处理厂深井—气浮组合(VT)工艺流程、运行数据。分析了VT工艺中超深水U型管曝气、空气搅拌作用使得氧高效传递的原理和效果,VT工艺中氧的平均饱和溶解度为54~66 mg/L,气泡滞留时间为180~300 s,α系数>0.85。从曝气深度与鼓风机功率间的关系着手,阐述了采用VT工艺较常规DAT-IAT工艺省电近55%。继而从VT工艺可同时实现混合液的提升和回流以及污泥减量浓缩角度,进一步阐述了采用VT工艺的节能减排能力。 The deep shaft-flotation process(VT) adopted in Xingping Sewage Treatment Plant is introduced including its technology process,operation data.The aeration of U-tube in super-deep water and air mixing role can make oxygen delivered effectively,the principle and the effect of which are introduced with some values such as the average saturated solubility(oxygen) of 54 ~ 66 mg/L,bubble residence time of 180 ~300 s and the coefficient α>0.85.From the relationship of aeration depth and blower power,the VT process can save electricity around 55% compared with the normal DAT-LAT process.Moreover,with realizing both of the mixture elevating & inverse flow and sludge decreased & concentrated,the energy saving & emission reduction ability of VT process is discussed deeply.
