摘要
因用地限制,虹桥综合交通枢纽2号雨水泵站各功能单位布置紧凑,侧向出水,泵站进出水流态可能不稳,使水泵效率低。应用计算流体力学(CFD)方法,对2号雨水泵站的进水区、泵房区和出水区3部分的水力特性进行数值试验研究,分析泵站进出水水力特性,提出可行的整流优化方案。采用优化建议后,使泵站进出水流态平稳,减少水头损失,提高水泵效率。
Because of the limited land,the parts with various functions of No.2 Rainwater Pumping Station are arranged compactly with lateral water outlet.The current of water that passes in and out will be not very steady.That will cause the low-level efficiency of the water pump.By applying CFD(Computational Fluid Dynamics),we can study the numerical value of hydraulic characteristic which comes from inhalant region,pump room and exhalant region.According to the analysis of the hydraulic characteristic,we can get the feasible rectification optimization plan.With it,we can keep the water current steady.The loss of water will be reduced and we can also increase the efficiency of the water pump.
