摘要
介绍了某大桥工程案例的主要工况,针对1~3 m无规律深度暗浜区域的现浇连续箱梁施工沉降进行了分析。采用换填挤压法处理1.5 m范围内的不良土体,对换填后局部碾压轮迹印和弹簧现象进行加强处理。在支架、底模完成后选取典型区域进行预压和调整,最终在施工完成后,整体未发现一条裂缝,连续箱梁整体线形顺直;经对梁底标高的整体复测,最大沉降为11 mm,完全符合设计及规范的要求。
Taking the main construction condition of some bridge project for example,the settlement of cast-in-situ continuous box girder in the hidden creek field with the irregular depth of 1~3 m is analysed in this paper.The replacement & extrusion process is adopted on the adverse soil mass in the field of 1.5 m.The partial rolling track and spring phenomena after replacement process are strengthened.And after the completion of the support and the bottom formwork,prestressing and adjustment have been done in the typical areas.Then,there is no crack on the whole body with the total smooth linear of continuous box girder.The maximum settlement of 11 mm can meet the demand of the design and the code completely through a whole retest on the elevation of the beam bottom.
