摘要
针对目前我国雾封层技术尚未形成完整理论体系的现状,通过室内试验研究究竟应该在什么时候进行雾封层预防性养护施工。试验采用8种车辙板试件,通过变化压实次数和压实荷载,得出一组具体数据。由数据分析在不同渗水系数条件下的劈裂强度和冻融劈裂强度比TSR,再得出雾封层使用时的渗水系数上限为100 mL/min。因此,应在接近此值时进行雾封层预防性养护。
Aiming at the incompleted theoretical system of fog seal technology in China at present,the research on when to make preventive maintenance construction on fog seal is done through an indoor test.There are 8 kinds of track plate samples in the test and a detailed set of data being obtained through changing compaction times and compaction load.According to the splitting strength and TSR under different water permeability coefficient conditions,the superior limit of the coefficient is 100 mL/min when using fog seal.Therefore,the preventive maintenance on the fog seal shall be done when closing to the value.
