航海人员高血压管理模式的探讨

The Study about the Management Model of Hypertension

目的:探讨如何管理航海人员高血压患者血压的方法,以提高其服药率和血压控制率。方法:选取高血压患者239人,随机分为两组:密切随访组(A组,n=120)密切随访两年,填写后续调查问卷,进行具体用药和生活方式指导;一般随访组(B组,n=119)不进行用药和生活方式指导。观察基线、12个月和24个月时两组患者的服药率及血压控制率等。结果:A组服药率及血压控制率在12个月(P<0.05)和24个月(P<0.01)时均明显高于B组;A组血压均值及主要生化指标均明显低于B组。结论:对高血压患者的密切随访及用药和生活方式指导,可明显提高高血压患者的服药率和控制率。

Objective：To study the methods how to manage the blood pressure of the patients in navigators,in order to elevate taking medicine rate, and the control rate.Methods：After carrying out the necessary checks and completing the questionnaire,239 patients with hypertension who undertook navigation in Yantai City were randomly divided into two groups： intimate follow-up group （A group,n = 120） carried out a intimate follow-up of two years, filled out the follow-up questionnaires, received specific medication and lifestyle guidance; general follow-up group （B group,n=119） did not fill out the follow-up questionnaires, did not carry out close follow-up and did not receive specific medication and lifestyle guidance. And then, the blood pressure ,the taking medicine rate and blood pressure control rate and so on were observed in two groups on the baseline, 12 months and 24 months. Results：In the A group, the taking medicine rate and the control rate on 12 months （P〈0.05）and 24 months（P〈0.01） are significantly higher than the B group ; the blood pressure and the main biochemical indicators are lower than the B group. Conclusions：Through strengthening the close revisit and the instruction about the concrete medication and the life style for patients with hypertension, the taking medicine rate and blood pressure control rate can be significantly elevated ; the blood pressure can be up to the standard earlier;the blood lipids,the blood sugar and the other hazard factors are all controlled easier.
