准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术前视网膜疾病的早期干预

Early Intervention to Retinal Degeneration before LASIK

目的:探讨对准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术(LASIK)术前检查所发现的视网膜疾病进行早期干预的方法及效果。方法:LASIK术前,详细检查眼底,发现视网膜疾病患者2986例(3164眼),对格子样变性≥2PD的926眼、视网膜干性裂孔758眼进行氩离子激光封闭,孔源性视网膜脱离185眼进行巩膜冷冻+硅胶外垫压术,视网膜点状出血或微血管瘤263眼、黄斑病变165眼行眼底荧光血管造影检查,根据结果选择药物或激光治疗,余患者观察随诊。结果:行氩离子激光封闭、巩膜冷冻+硅胶外垫压术、眼底荧光血管造影的2297眼于干预后1、3、6、12个月随诊,视网膜疾病均未发展,情况稳定。结论:对LASIK术前检查所发现的格子样变性≥2PD、干性裂孔、孔源性视网膜脱离等疾病应该早期实施激光、手术、FFA等干预措施。

Objective： To investigate methods and the effect of early intervention to retinal degeneration. Methods：2986 cases（3164 eyes） with retinal degeneration were found before LASIK. 1684 eyes with retinal degeneration or retinal hole were conducted argon laser photoenaguIation. 185 eyes with retinal detachment were conducted surgery. 428 eyes with retinal and macular hemorrhage were conducted FFA（fundus flurorescein angiography） and treated by medicine or photocoagulatiort. Results：2297 eyes intervened by photocoagulation, surgery or FFA were stable by follow up 1, 3, 6, 12 monthes. Conclusions：Retinal hole, degeneratiort≥2PD or detachment should be intervened early with photocoagulation, surgery or FFA.
