颌面部软组织缺损修复临床美学分析

Aesthetical Analysis of Recovering to Parenchyma Coloboma on Maxillofacial Region

目的:分析颌面部软组织缺损不同修复方式的临床美学效果,为颌面部软组织缺损美学修复提供参考。方法:对手术治疗的79例颌面部软组织缺损患者手术效果回顾性分析比较,观察不同皮片或皮瓣修复后色素沉着、皮片挛缩、表皮脱失情况及外观满意效果。结果:皮瓣修复及全厚皮片修复色素沉着、皮片挛缩、表皮脱失率少于薄中厚皮片修复,外观效果满意度高于薄中厚皮片修复,皮瓣修复色素沉着及皮片挛缩少于全厚皮片修复,外观效果满意度两组无差异。结论:全厚移植皮片及皮瓣修复有较好的美学效果,适宜于面部软组织缺损的修复。

Objective：Analysize the aesthetical effect of different recovery way on parenehyma eoloboma of maxillofaeiul region,provide reference for aesthetical recovery of parenchyma coloboma on maxillofacial region.Methods：To constract the effect of oprations on 76 patients with parenchyma coloboma of maxillofacial region with retrospective way, and observe the pigmentation, contracture and decortication of free skin graft and skin flap,and evaluate satisfaction rate on appearance.Conclusion：In comparison with thin intermediate thickness free skin graft, pigmentation, eontraeture and decortication was lower and satisfaction rate on appearance was higher in full thick skin graft： and skin flap, In comparison with full thick skin graft, contracture and decortication was lower and satisfaction rate on appearance was indiscriminate in skin flap.Results：Full thick skin graft and skin flap had good aesthetical effect,and was suitable to recovery parenehyma eoloboma on maxillofaeial region.
