32例精神科住院精神疾病患者死因分析

An Analysis of the Cause of Death for Psychiatric Inpatients

目的:探讨精神科住院患者死亡原因。方法:对我院1990～2009年住院期间死亡的32例患者作回顾性分析。结果:精神病人的平均死亡年龄为55.5岁,男52.2岁,女61.1岁。死亡患者以精神分裂症和器质性精神障碍为主。中青年以猝死多见,老年以躯体疾病多见。短期住院(<3月)患者猝死及自杀死亡比例更高,长期住院(≥3月)患者以躯体疾病死亡比例更高。猝死患者中氯氮平为主要用药(50%),其次是舒必利(37.5%)。结论:住院精神病人平均寿命远低于全国成年人的平均寿命,意外死亡比例高。

Objective： To explore the cause of death in psychialric inpatients.Methods：Patients in our hospital during 1990-2009,32 died during hospitalization were retrospectively analyzed.Results：Mental patients, the average age at death was 55.5 years,male 52.2,female 61.1 years old. Death in patients with schizophrenia and organic mental disorders dominated.Sudden death more contain in middle-aged,elderly with physical disease more common. Short-term hospitalization （〈3months） patients died of sudden death and suicide,a higher proportion of long-term hospitalization （≥ 3 months） in patients died with somatic diseases.Sudden death in patients with clozapine as the main drug （50%）,followed by sulpiride （37.5%）.Conclusion：Hospitalized mental patients,the average life expectancy is far lower than the national average life expectancy of adults,a high proportion of accidental death.
