内镜下切除结肠息肉的疗效分析

目的:探讨结肠息肉行内镜下高频电切除的疗效和安全性。方法:回顾性分析对214例患者624枚息肉进行镜下切除的疗效。结果:结肠息肉镜下治疗有效率100%。术中轻度出血12例,无穿孔病例出现。切除的息肉局部癌变3例,1例追加外科手术,其余术后随访3年,切除部位无不典型增生及癌变。结论:内镜下行结肠息肉切除是安全可靠、创伤小、疗效确切。

Objective： To investigate colonic polyps endoscopic resection of high-frequency electrical efficacy and safety.Methods：A retrospective analysis of 214 cases of patients, 624 polyps for the efficacy of endoscopic resection.Results：The endoscopic treatment of colonic polyps efficiency 100%. Intraoperative mild bleeding in 12 cases, no cases of perforation occurred. Local cancerous polyps removed in 3 cases, 1 patient additional surgery and postoperative follow-up the remaining three years, the removal of parts are all atypical hyperplasia and cancer. Conclusions：Endoscopic resection of descending colon polyps is safe and reliable, trauma, cost-effective.
