醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血伴意识障碍疗效观察

The Effect of Xingnaojing Injection on Treatment of Acute Cerebral Hemorrhage with Unconsciousness

目的:观察醒脑静注射液对急性脑出血合并意识障碍患者的临床疗效。方法:将96例急性脑出血伴有意识障碍患者随机分为治疗组(醒脑静注射液组)和对照组各48例,在治疗前后对患者分别用Glasgow昏迷评定量表和脑卒中患者临床神经功能缺损程度评分与临床疗效评定标准进行评定。结果:治疗组在治疗后Glasgow昏迷评定量表评分较治疗前明显提高,有显著性差异(P<0.05),同时,治疗组基本痊愈、显著进步及总有效率明显优于对照组,两组间比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:醒脑静注射液治疗急性脑出血合并意识障碍疗效确切。

Objective： To observe the effect of Xingnaojing injection on treatment of acute cerebral hemorrhage with unconsciousness. Methods：96 cases of acute cerebral hemorrhage with unconsciousness were randomly divided into two groups, the patients in the control group were treated with routine complex therapy, at the same time, Xingnaojing injection were used on the basis of conventional therapy in experimental group for two weeks. The glasgow coma scale and Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients and Clinical efficacy were checked before and after treatment. Results：Comparing with the effect before and after treatment, glasgow coma scale and Chinese scale of clinical neurologic deficit of stroke patients were obviously better in the experimental group than that in the control group,indicated significant difference in comparison（P〈0.05）. Conclusions：Xingnaojing injection was effective drug for acute cerebral hemorrhage with unconsciousness.
