干部门诊老年患者静脉输液自调液速行为的干预

Intervention in Readjustment of Infusion Drip Speed by Patients theMselves in Elderly Patients

目的:针对干部门诊老年患者静脉输液自调液速的行为进行分析,制定护理干预措施,降低不安全隐患。方法:随机抽查干部门诊的输液老年患者192人次。抽查内容:(1)输液单填写;(2)输液滴速;(3)液体外渗和输液反应;(4)自行记录观察结果。结果:输液滴速与输液单记录的滴速不符57人次。结论:应重视对输液安全的管理,加强对护理人员的法制教育,认真开展输液全过程的健康教育及护士业务素质的培养,以保证输液治疗的安全性。

Objective： To be helpful to conduct nursing documentation and minimize potential safety hazard during the process of infusion by this analysis of the occurrence that elderly patients in outpatient department readjusted intravenous infusion speed by themselves. Methods：A total random sample of 192 elderly patients with drip therapy were included in this study which perform collecting the intravenous infusion sheet, infusion drip speed record, fluid exudation record,infusion reactions, and general questionnaire. Results：57 patients had the differences between the infusion drip speed sheet and record of actuarial drip speed.Conclusions：It＇s important to manage the intravenous infusion safety, enhance the education of care workers, perform the education during the whole process of infusion and improve the quality of nurses.
