应用CO_2激光及护理干预治疗脸黄瘤临床观察

目的:观察CO_2激光及护理干预治疗脸黄瘤的安全性及疗效。方法:76例脸黄瘤患者,病变部位用2%利多卡因行局部浸润麻醉。以功率0～30W,波长10.6um的国产CO_2激光机进行扫描照射病灶。激光治疗刀头离皮损1.5～2.5cm,由外向内逐层清除黄色斑块,直至黄色病变组织完全消除为止。术后每天用无菌生理盐水洗伤口,涂上庆大霉素注射液。患者在术前、中、后三阶段进行护理干预,治疗后6个月至1年评估效果及副作用。结果:1次治愈72例,4例在术后6个月至9个月后需第二激光治疗后治愈,总治愈率100%,6个月后至1年创面接近正常皮肤颜色。无瘢痕增生。结论:应用CO_2激光及护理干预治疗脸黄瘤,操作简便,安全,能保证和提高治疗效果。

Objective： To observe the CO2 laser treatment and nursing intervention in the face xanthoma of safety and efficacy. Methods：76 patients with facial xanthoma in patients with lesions of 2% lidocaine local anesthesia. To the power 0-30W （adjustable）, wavelength 10.6urn of domestic CO2laser light to scan lesions. Laser treatment of head away from the skin lesions of 1.5-2.5cm, outside-layer clear yellow patches, until the yellow lesions completely eliminated. Day after washing the wound with sterile saline, coated with gentamicin injection. Patients before surgery, during and after the three stages of care interventions, treatment for 6 months to a year after the assessment of efficacy and side effects.Results： 1 cured 72 cases, 4 cases after 6 months to 9 months after the laser treatment be cured after the second, the total rate was 100%, 6 months to one year after the wound close to normal skin color. No scar formation. Conclusion： CO2 Laser and nursing intervention eyelid xanthoma, simple, safe, able to guarantee and improve treatment.
