用输液泵控制硫酸镁输速治疗先兆早产的临床观察 被引量：1

摘要 先兆早产是指妊娠在28周至不足37周出现至少10分钟一次的规则宫缩,伴宫颈管缩短.硫酸镁是治疗先兆早产的常用药,镁离子直接作用于子宫平滑肌细胞,拮抗钙离子对子宫收缩活性,能抑制子宫收缩.硫酸镁在使用过程中,要求严格掌握其用药剂量、浓度、使用时间,如果输入速度过快,极易出现硫酸镁不良反应,使患者出现面色潮红、心慌、脉搏加快、呼吸减慢、膝反射减弱或消失、尿量减少;输入速度过慢,
