摘要
目的观察局部注射肉毒毒素-A(botulinum toxin-A,BTX-A)治疗书写痉挛(writer′s cramp)的效果及副反应发生情况。方法对20例书写痉挛患者进行局部BTX-A多点注射治疗,对照组20例书写痉挛患者行局部安慰剂对点注射。观察BTX-A治疗组患者与安慰剂组相比,疗效及副反应的发生情况。结果本研究发现,BTX-A治疗组有13例患者(65%)有效,而安慰剂组有5例(25%)患者报告有效(P<0.05)。不良反应主要表现为手部无力和注射部位疼痛,多数为表现轻微并且短暂存在,治疗组与对照组相比,不良反应无显著差异。结论应用BTX-A局部注射治疗书写痉挛与安慰剂相比,具有显著效果。
Objective To investigate the effect of BTX-A（botulinum toxin-A） injections in writer′s cramp with double-blind,randomized,placebo-controlled trial and to evaluate the follow-up results.Methods Forty cases were randomized to treatment with either BTX-A or placebo injection.Assessments were made about the effect and side effect of two groups.Results 13 of 20 patients（65%） receiving BTX-A had a beneficial effect,versus 5 of 20 patients（25%） in placebo group（P0.05）.Side effects reported were mainly hand weakness and pain at the injection site,which was mostly mild and always transient.Conclusion BTX-A injections might have good effect in the treatment of writer′s cramp.
