摘要
目的观察伐昔洛韦片联合派特灵液治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效。方法采用伐昔洛韦片0.3 g次/,2次/d,口服,疗程15 d;另给予派特灵液外涂,2次/d,疗程15 d。并设对照组,单独外涂派特灵液,2次/d,疗程15 d。结果观察组30例,痊愈25例,痊愈率83.3%;显效3例,显效率10%,总有效率93.3%。与对照组相比,尖锐湿疣脱落更快,复发率更低,差异非常显著。结论伐昔洛韦片联合派特灵液治疗尖锐湿疣疗效显著,起效快,复发率低,安全性好,更方便,依从性好。
Objective To observe the curative effect on treatment of CA with valaciclovir and paiteling liquid.Methods 30 cases of such patient were treated with valaciclovir 0.3 g at a time,twice a day and paiteling liquid painting twice a day and 15 days as a course.The control group was treated with paiteling painting for 15 days.Results The recovery rate was 83.3% in 25 cases and good rate was 10% in 3 cases.The total effective rate was 93.3% compared with control group with significant difference.Conclusion This method might have significant curative effect with rapid,safe and easy as well as low recurrence.
