龙胆泻肝汤加减配合西药治疗急性化脓性中耳炎疗效观察

Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Gentiana Scabra Liver Laxative Soup

目的观察龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性化脓性中耳炎的临床疗效。方法对104例125耳急性化脓性中耳炎患者采用龙胆泻肝汤治疗,并设90例102耳患者采用单纯西药治疗为对照组。结果治疗组的治愈率提高,疗程缩短。结论龙胆泻肝汤治疗急性化脓性中耳炎可以提高治愈率并缩短疗程。

Objective To observe the curative effect of Gentiana scabra laxative liver soup treating the acute suppurative otitis media.Methods 125 acute suppurative otitis media patients of 104 cases were treated using Gentiana scabra laxative liver soup,taking 102 ears of 90 cases as control,which adopted pure western medicine treatment.Results The cure rate of the treatment group had risen and curative coarse had shortened.Conclusion Treatment of acute suppurative otitis media using Gentiana scabra could raise the cure rate and shorten the treatment cuarse.
