Analysis of the Construction Sharing Policy by Game Theory

运用联盟博弈理论的思想,探讨基站共享情况下运营商各方的相互关系的变化问题。研究发现,在联盟博弈理论框架下,我国三大运营商完全自发地进行基站共享是不可能的。通过对运营商三方联盟博弈模型的建立和分析后指出:只有通过政府调控租赁价格和实施相应的补贴政策,我国通信行业才能实现基站设施的完全共享。

The relationship among the telecommunications operators is researched under the framework of game theory, and it is discovered that the telecommunications operators will not share the construction voluntarily. By modeling and analysis, the paper draws the conclusion that only when the government regulates the rental price and implements the appropriate subsidy policy, will the full sharing of base station infrastructures be realized in China.
