我国电信业区域差异的空间计量分析

Spatial Econometric Analysis of the Regional Disparity in China’s Telecom Industry

为揭示我国电信业区域发展的不均衡性及其空间格局,基于我国区域电信发展差异的现状,采用空间计量经济统计方法对1998—2008年间我国省际人均电信业务收入的空间相关性进行研究。结果表明,中国各省电信业发展存在显著的空间正相关,即电信业比较发达的省份集聚,电信业欠发达的省市相邻近。因此,必须考虑我国区域电信之间的空间影响因素和作用,以利于我国不同区域电信发展的政策导向和空间定位。

Based on the disparity of regional telecom development, this paper analyzes the spatial correlation of telecom revenue per-capita in different provinces from 1998 to 2008 by adopting spatial econometric statistical methods. The result shows that telecom industry in different provinces of China is obviously spatially correlated, that is, provinces with more developed telecom industry are relatively close to each other, so do the underdeveloped ones. In order to understand the development of regional telecom industry in China, the interaction and influence among different regions must be taken into consideration. Finally, policy and spatial orientation conducive to the development of China’s regional telecom industry are presented.
