我国校企合作的现状与问题——以南京医科大学为例

Situation and issues of Chinese school-enterprise cooperation——Taking,as an example,Nanjing Medical University

校企合作作为高等学校服务社会、优化人才培养结构的有效途径,长期以来是理论界与实践界共同致力研究的重要领域和始终高度关注的核心问题。文章以多科型医学院校为案例,在总结合作现状的基础上,深入剖析合作中存在思想认识不到位、政策制度不健全、合作目标不明确等问题,针对问题,从发挥政府职能、优化运行机制、建立评价体系等方面提出了对策建议。

As an effective way of higher schools to serve the community and optimize the structure of education,for a long time the school-enterprise cooperation has always been the important areas of research and the core issue of great attention in theoretical and practical fields.Taking,as an example,multidisciplinary-based medical schools,this paper summarizes the situation of cooperation, analyzes the problems in cooperation,such as shortcomings in thinking and understanding,incompletion of policies and systems,uncertainty of goals,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions from bringing the government functions into play,optimizing the operating mechanism and establishing the evaluation system.
