我国研究生培养模式的变革及发展趋势

Reformation and development tendency of training mode of graduates in China

随着我国经济政治体制改革的深入,研究生培养模式进行了一系列变革,国家简政放权,研究生培养单位自主权力不断增加;大力发展专业学位;开展研究生非学历教育的有益探索;旨在提高博士学位质量的博士生培养方式的变革等。但由于变革还在进行中,我国的研究生培养模式将在质量监控、专业学位研究生教育、扩大学校研究生教育自主权等方面进行更深刻的改革。

With the reformation of our country＇s economy and political system in depth,in the training mode of graduates a series of changes have taken place,such as national decentralization.The power of graduates training units hao continuously increased;professional degrees have rapidly developed;the profitable exploration of graduate non-academic education has been made;the reformation of the training mode of PhDs,which aims at improving the quality of PhDs degree,has been conducted.But due to the reformation is still ongoing,the training mode of our country＇s graduates will be reformed more profoundly on quality control,the professional degree of graduate education,and enlargement of autonomy on school graduate education,etc.
