摘要
我国已经步入老年化社会,社区老年常见病管理不但是一个公共卫生问题,而且也是个社会问题。老年病的种类、特点、管理方法等因素影响了社区老年病的管理效果。通过分析我国目前老年病的管理现状、比较国内外社区老年病管理体系,结合我国的基本国情,提出了我国社区老年常见病管理的发展方向,为进一步健全我国社区老年常见病管理体系提供了科学依据。
China has entered the aged society and the community management of common aged diseases is not only a public health issue,but also a social issue.Types,characteristics,management practices and other factors are affecting the management of aged patients of the community.Through analysis of the current status of common aged diseases management,combining with China＇s basic national conditions and comparing international community geriatric management systems,this paper proposes the orientation of developing community management of common aged diseases in our country in order to further improve the management system of common aged diseases and provides a scientific basis.
