摘要
目的:建立中成药中非法添加化学药品吲哚美辛的检测方法。方法:采用化学反应鉴别方法及薄层色谱法,快速检测抗风湿类中成药中非法添加的吲哚美辛,并用HPLC法来进一步验证。结果:化学反应鉴别、薄层色谱法专属性强,高效液相色谱法吲哚美辛对照品线性范围79.5~715.5mg·L-1(γ2=0.9999),平均回收率为99.27%,RSD为1.07%(n=6)。结论:本检测方法简便、稳定、重现性较好,并具有一定的专属性。
Objective:To establish determination method of Indometacin adding illegally in antirheumatic class traditional Chinese medicine. Methods:Identification by chemical methods and thin-layer chromatography, rapid detection of the antirheumatic class traditional Chinese medicine illegally added ingredients indomethacin and to further verify by HPLC. Results:The chemical identification and thin-layer chromatography is specific.The linear range of reference substance of Indometacin was 79.5~715.5 mg·L-1(γ2=0.999 9). The average recovery rate was 99.27%, and the relation standard deviation(RSD) was 1.07%(n=6).Conclusions:The method is simple, stable, reproducible, specific with good durability and high sensitivity.The chemical identification methods and thin-layer chromatography also can be equipped with at the national application of the faster cars seized.
