苦参碱注射液联合胸腺肽a-1治疗慢性乙型肝炎疗效观察

Observation of Efficacy for Matrine Injection Plusthymosin α-1 for Treatment of Chronic Hepatitis B

目的:研究苦参碱注射液联合胸腺肽a-1治疗慢性乙型肝炎(CHB)的疗效和安全性。方法:120例CHB患者随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组(64例)应用苦参碱注射液300mg,1次/d,并皮下注射胸腺肽a-1,1.6mg,2次/wk;对照组(56例)肌肉注射干扰素a-2b 500MU,1次·d^(-1),1mo后改为隔日1次。疗程均为24kw,随访48wk。结果:治疗第12、24周时,治疗组的ALT复常率、HBV-DNA阴转率、HbeAg阴转率、HbeAg血清转换率与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗结束后第24、48周随访时,上述4个检验指标治疗组都比对照组明显改善,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:苦参碱注射液联合胸腺肽a-1治疗CHB用药方便,能够明显抑制乙型肝炎病毒复制,且能持续应答、治疗期间安全性好,依从性亦好。

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of matrine injection plus thymosin α-1 for treatment of chronic hepatitis B （CHB）. Methods：120 patients with CHB were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.Patients in treatment group （64 cases） were treated with matrine injection 300mg,oncee a day,and 1.6mg thymosinn-I by subcutaneous injection,twice a week;Patients in control group （56 ceases） received intramuscular injection of interferon α-2b 500MU,once a day,changed to Qod after one month.Both of treatment courses are 24 weeks with 48 weeks of follow-up visit.Results：At 12 and 24 weeks of treatment,comparing the normalization rate of ALT negative conversion rate of HBV-DNA and HBeAg as well as seroceonversion rate of HBeAg in treatment group with those in control group,the difference was found not to be statistically significant （P〉0.05）;However, at 24 and 48 weeks of follow-up visit after the end of treatment,the four testing parameters in treatment group were found to significantly improve more than what in control group were found to do,and the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：It was found that the administration of matrine injection plus thymosin ct-1 for treatment of CHB was convenient,significantly inhibiting the replication of hepatitis B virus with continuous respondence as well as excellent safety ＆ compliance during treatment.
