曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病并发冠心病临床疗效观察

Efficacy of Trimetazidine on Patients with Diabetes Mellitus and Coronaryheart Disease

目的:观察曲美他嗪治疗糖尿病合发冠心病临床疗效。方法:106例糖尿病合发冠心病患者随机分成两组,两组均给于硝酸酯类、β受体阻滞剂、抗血小板及降糖等常规治疗,治疗组并给于曲美他嗪20毫克,日三次,治疗30天。观察:临床症状及心电图变化。结果:曲美他嗪对于糖尿病合发冠心病患者,增加冠脉血流量及周围循环血流量,促进心肌代谢及心肌能量的产生,改善心肌氧的供需平衡。结论:糖尿病合发冠心病在常规治疗基础上加用曲美他嗪疗效明显,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of trimetazidine on patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease. Methods： 106 patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease were divided into two groups randomly：All patients in both groups received routine medicine therapy of nitrates,beta receptor blockers,antiplatelets and hypoglycemic agents. Patients in trentment group were received trimetazidine 20 rag,rid,for 30 days.Results：Trimetazidine can increase Coronary and Peripheral circulation Blood flow,promote myocardial metabolism and production,improve myocardial oxygen supply-demand balance.Conclusion：In the base of traditional medical therapy, patients with diabetes mellitus and coronary heart disease have obviously curative effect from trimetazidine therapy.
