胸腺肽α_1联合DCF治疗晚期胃癌的临床观察

Clinical Observation on the Treatment of Advanced Gastric Cancer by the Combination of Thymosin Alpha-1 with DCF Regimen

目的:观察注射用胸腺肽α_1联合DCF治疗晚期胃癌的临床效果及毒副反应。方法:60例晚期胃癌患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,治疗组30例采用DCF方案化疗联合注射用胸腺肽α1,对照组30例单独使用DCF方案化疗。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别为43.3%和33.3%,两组比较有统计学意义。治疗组一般症状改善明显优于对照组,治疗组在骨髓抑制、虚弱、厌食、恶心、呕吐及黏膜炎毒副反应发生率低于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05),在神经毒性、感染及腹泻方面有减轻毒副反应的趋势,但没有统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:胸腺肽α_1联合DCF方案治疗晚期胃癌,提高了化疗有效率,并能确切减轻化疗相关不良反应,改善患者体能状况,值得进一步临床研究。

Objective：To explore the clinical effect and side reaction on the treatment of advanced gastric cancer by the combination of thymosin alpha-I with DCF regimen.Methods：60 patients with advanced gastric cancer were divided randomly into treatment group and comparative group.Patients in the treatment group（30 patients） received chemotherapy of DCF （docetaxel/cisplatin/5-fluorouracil） regimen combined with thymosin alpha-l,and patients in the control group（30patients） were treated with chemotherapy of the same regimen alone. Results：Signitieant difference between the two groups was found in response rate （43.3% versus 33.3%）,the commonly symptom melioration in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group.As for the adverse reactions,significant difference between the two groups was shown in incidence of myelosuppression,weakness, anorexia,nausea and vomiting,mucosa reaction,these reactions occurred lesser in the treatment group （P〈0.05）,and no significant difference between the two groups was shown in incidence of neurotoxicity, infection, diarrhea（P〉0.05）.Conelusion：The treatment of advanced gastric cancer by the combination of thymosin alpha-I with DCF regimen,had trend to improve response rate of chemotherapy, and could alleviate firmly the adverse reactions of combination,ameliorated the patient＇s status, Worthy of further clinical research.
