喜炎平、抗病毒口服液联合病毒唑治疗手足口病患儿的临床研究

Clinical Research of Xiyanping,Antivirus Oral Liquid Combined with Virazole to Therapy the Hand-Foot-and-Mouth Disease in Children

目的:观察喜炎平、抗病毒口服液联合病毒唑治疗手足口病患儿的临床疗效。方法:将273例初诊为普通型手足口病患儿随机分为西医治疗组91例,应用病毒唑治疗;中药治疗组91例,抗病毒口服液+喜炎平注射液治疗;中西医结合治疗组91例,为上述治疗的结合。结果:各组不良反应都较轻,西医治疗组有效率79.12%;中药组有效率77.78%;中西医结合治疗组有效率92.31%,比前两组差别有统计学意义(P<0.05),在退热、疱疹消退、症状和体征消失的时间上比前两组差异也有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:喜炎平、抗病毒口服液联合病毒唑治疗手足口病患儿疗效显著,能明显缩短病程,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To evaluate e the curative effects of Xiyanping,Antivirus oral liquid Combination with Virazole to Therapy the hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children.Methods：273 children with the hand-foot-and-mouth disease were randomly divided into three groups.One was western medicine treatment group,virazole was used in the group,another was Chinese Medicine Treatment group,Xiyanping injection and Antivirus oral liquid was used in the group.The other was chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment group. Xiyanping injection.antivirns oral liquid and virazole was combined in the group.There were 91 cases in each group.Results：Total effective rate was 92.31% in Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment group and it was79.12% in western medicine treatment group and 77.78% in Chinese medicine treatment group.Total effective rate and the time of the improvment of Clinical symptoms and symbols in Chinese and western medicine comprehensive treatment group show significant differences （P〈0.05 and P〈0.05） than two other group.Conclusions： Xiyanping,antivirus oral liquid combination with virazole to therapy the hand-foot-and-mouth disease in children have good effects than only using virazole or xiyanping and Antivirns oral liquid.It may shorten the duration of symptoms.The study indicates that xiyanping,antivirus oral liquid combination with Virazole to Therapy the hand-foot-and-mouth disease in childre is effective in practice and good for popularization.
