摘要
目的:探讨甲钴胺(弥可保)外用对褥疮的治疗作用。方法:对79例Ⅱ期、Ⅲ期褥疮患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组40例,对照组39例。两组均按外科常规清创及常规褥疮护理。治疗组以甲钴胺(弥可保)涂抹,再以甲钴胺(弥可保)方纱湿敷贴敷固定。观察两组的临床疗效。结果:治疗组Ⅱ、Ⅲ期褥疮治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论:用甲钴胺治疗Ⅱ、Ⅲ期褥疮,疗效明显优于普通常规方法。
Objective：To evaluate the Clinical therapeutic efficacy of the external use of Methycobal for treatment of bedsore.Methods： In this study, A total of 79 patients with bedsore were concluded,divided the patient＇s condition into two groups randomly, treatment group（40 cases） and control group（39 eases）.The external use of Methycobal was just applied in treatment group.And the clinical therapeutic efficacy was compared.Results：The total efficacy significantly higher than those in control group （P〈0.01 respectivel）. Conclusion：The external use of Methycobal for treatment of bedsore was beneficial and safe.
