摘要
目的:了解我院抗抑郁药的使用情况和变化趋势。方法:本文采用WHO推荐的限定日剂量(defined daily dose,DDD)分析方法,对本院2007年1月～2009年12月抗抑郁药的种类、用量、销售金额、用药频度进行回顾性分析。结果:抗抑郁药的用药金额和用药频度度呈逐年上升趋势。结论:SSRIs等新型抗抑郁药已逐步成为治疗抑郁症及相关疾病的一线药物,三环类药物逐渐减少。
Objective：To study the use of Antidepressive Agents and their changing tendency.Method：The category, dosage,sales amount,defined daily dose system of Antidepressive Agents during January 2007 to Decembr june 2009 in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed by defined daily dose （DDD） recommended by WHO.Results：The sales amount and defined daily dose system of Antidepressive agents are increased steady.Conclusions：The neotype of SSRIs gradually become the first line drugs to treat depression and related diseases,and the application of tricyelic drurs is decreased gradually.
