摘要
目的:了解老年高干病房低年资护士的工作压力源及相关因素。方法:采用问卷调查法,以老年高干病房工作1年以内的69名护士作为调查对象,采用护士工作压力源量表对其进行调查。结果:老年高干病房低年资护士压力源主要为病人护理方面的问题、工作量及时间分配问题、护理专业及工作方面的问题;不同学历的低年资护士压力源不同。结论:应对老年高干病房低年资护士工作压力源给予足够的重视,根据不同学历的低年资护士,有针对性地采取减压措施、心理支持等,使低年资护士在这1年期间能够减轻压力,有助其身心健康,促进护理质量进一步提高。
Objective:To know about the main job pressure source and correlation factors of junior nurses working in cadre ward of aged, Methods:69 nurses working in cadre ward least for 1 year were investigated by filling out Nurse Job Stressors Questionnaires.Results:The main pressure sources were problems in nursing care of patients, nursing profession and word, workload and time allocation problems. Junior nurses with different educational background had different pressure sources. Conclusion: One should pay more attention on pressure sources of junior nurses working cadre ward of aged. To adopt targeted decompression measures and psychological support for them with different educational backward to improve quality of care.
