The design of a subject-based learning website on the training of college teachers' educational technology

文章探讨培训专题学习网站的建设.从学习者特征、培训内容、培训模式和教育技术应用等4个方面指出了建设教师教育技术培训专题学习网站的必要性,分析了目前培训网站建设中普遍存在的数量少、质量不高等问题,提出了教育技术培训网站应具备的4大基本功能,即通知公告、自主学习、练习测试和协作交流等,并依据基本功能尝试搭建了高校教师教育技术培训专题学习网站的结构.

It has been about ten years since the training of college teachers＇ educational technology was proposed in 2000.More and more attention is paid to improving the training effectiveness,and this paper talks about this issue from constructing a subject-based learning website on the training.At first,the necessity of constructing training website is improved that lies in learner characteristics,contents,modes,and the application of educational technology.Next,it is pointed out that the problems in constructing training website are about the quantity and quality.At last,the basic functions and the structure of the subject-based learning website on the training of college teachers＇ educational technology are analyzed and designed.
