流式细胞术检测肺癌患者外周血CIK细胞及淋巴细胞水平的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的 探讨肺癌患者化疗前后外周血CIK细胞水平变化及CIK治疗前后外周血淋巴细胞水平变化.方法 采用流式细胞术检测32例晚期非小细胞肺癌患者(其中鳞癌20例,腺癌12例)化疗2 w后外周血CIK细胞及CIK治疗前后淋巴细胞水平变化.首先采用PC(紫杉醇+卡铂)方案对病人进行化疗,在化疗前及2 w后观察其外周血CIK细胞水平的变化.化疗疗程结束2个月后采用CIK治疗,在治疗前后观察患者外周血淋巴细胞水平的变化.结果 32例患者化疗后外周血CIK细胞水平明显低于化疗前.化疗前平均为7.18±1.26,化疗后平均为4.02±1.20,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).CIK治疗后外周血淋巴细胞(T,Th,Ts,NK)明显高于治疗前.治疗前其平均值分别为55.04±9.17,23.22±5.19,24.32±4.33,1.06±0.32和15.55±4.66;治疗后为62.30±10.23,31.21±8.18,31.02±6.23,1.31±0.55和19.32±5.64,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).而B细胞治疗前后变化不明显.治疗前及治疗后平均值分别为14.43±3.69和15.65±2.87,差异无统计学显著性意义(P>0.05).结论 CIK细胞不仅具有较强的抗肿瘤作用,还能够提高肿瘤病人机体的细胞免疫功能. Objective Peripheral lung cancer chemotherapy CIK cell level changes and CIK lymphocyte level before and after treatment. Methods 32 cases additionally streaming cell stage non-small cell lung cancer (20 cases of squamous cell carcinoma in 12 cases),adenocarcinoma, chemotherapy after 2 weeks CIK cells and peripheral lymphoeytes level before and after treatment. Firstly adopts PC (paclitaxel plus carboplatin) scheme for patients with chemotherapy,before and after 2 weeks to observe its peripheral blood cell levels CIK changes. Chemotherapy treatment over 2 months after treatment,using CIK in patients before and after the treatment of peripheral blood lymphocyte level. Results After chemotherapy 32 patients peripheral CIK cell level were obviously lower than chemotherapy. Before chemotherapy,it was 7.18±1.26 and average for chemotherapy was 4.02±1.20,so there was statistically significant difference (P〈0. 05). After the treatment,and peripheral blood lymphocyte CIK (T,Th,Ts,NK) was obviously higher than before. The average before treatment were 55.04±9.17,23.22±5.19,24.32±4. 33,1.06±0. 32 and 15.55±4.66 respectively. After treatment,it was 62.30±10. 23,31.21±8.18,31.02±6.23,1.31±0. 55 and 19.32± 5.64 respectively. There was statistically significant difference (P〈0. 05). B cells had no obvious changes before and after treatment. Before and after treatment,the averages were 14.43±3.69 and 15.65±2.87. There was no statistically significant difference (P〉0. 05). Conclusion CIK cell has not only stronger antitumor effect but also can enhance immunity for human body.
