感染产单核李斯特菌的孕妇临床特点及药敏分析

Clinical Features and Antimicrobial Resistance of Listeria Monocytogenes Infection in Pregnant and Lying-in Women

目的 分析孕产妇感染产单核李斯特菌的临床特点,并对药敏进行分析,为临床合理用药提供理论依据.方法 回顾分析北京妇产医院2006年1月～2009年12月临床感染产单核李斯特菌的情况,采用微量肉汤稀释法做药物敏感试验.结果 产单核李斯特菌感染分别是2006年1例,2007年2例,2008年3例,2009年4例;其药敏试验结果：青霉素、氨苄青霉素均敏感,未发现耐药菌株.结论 产单核李斯特菌对孕产妇有很强的致病性,及早发现并治疗该菌引起的感染至关重要,目前,青霉素及氨苄青霉素是安全有效的治疗药物.

Objective To provide basis for rational therapy through describing the clinical features and antimicrobial resistance of Listeria monocytogenes infection in pregnant and lying-in women. Methods Clinical data of 10 pregnant women, who admitted in gynecology and obstetrics of Beijing Obstetrics and Gynaecology Hospital from January 2006 to December 2009 were respectively analysed;Listeria monocytogenes resistance testing was performed according to the standard MIC methods. Results Listeria rnonocytogenes infection incresced in the past four years and it was sensitive to Penicillin and ampicillin. Up to now,there was no resistant strains. Conclusion Listeria rnonocytogenes has strong pathogenicity,especially to pregnant women. It is important to diagnostic and treat the infection caused by this bacterial. At present ,penicillin and ampicillin is the most effective drugs for clinical treatment.
