魏氏梭菌引起獭兔急性坏死性胃肠炎的临床病例及救治

Clinical Cases and Treatment of Acute Necrotizing Gastroenteritis Caused by Clostridium welchii in Rex Rabbit

依据病兔的临床表现、病理解剖、血液和黏膜涂片检查分析,镜下检查见成对或链状短粗棒状杆排列、有卵圆形芽孢和荚膜的革兰氏阳性菌,拟定为魏氏梭菌引起獭兔急性坏死性胃肠炎。患病兔经肌肉注射5%氟苯尼考注射液,每千克体重0.3 mL,每日1次,连用3 d,隔离治疗;同时对本场健康兔采取饮水预防措施并取得满意效果。

Based on the clinical manifestations,pathological anatomy,blood smear and mucosa smear analysis in diseased Rex rabbit,and microscopic examination revealed short and rod-like Gram-positive bacteria with the characteristic in pairs or chain,oval spores and capsule,which primarily confirmed as acute necrotizing gastroenteritis caused by Clostridium welchii.0.3 mL 5% Florfenicol injection were administrated to sick Rex rabbit by intramuscular injection kg per body weight,once a day,and a three-day separate therapy was performed;while prevention measure was adopted on healthy Rex rabbit by drinking water at the same time and satisfactory effects were obtained.
