老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者正确使用吸入剂状况的调查分析

Investigation of inhalants in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pneumonia disease

目的了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,C0PD)患者正确使用吸入剂的情况。方法采用自行设计的吸入药物使用情况调查表及操作程序评分表对老年COPD患者进行调查。了解患者正确使用吸入剂的情况。结果正确掌握干粉制剂吸入操作方法的占46.9%,正确掌握气雾吸入剂操作方法的占86.2%;呼吸困难时能正确区分使用药物种类先后顺序的占46.7%,不能正确区分的占53.3%;随身携带救急吸入剂的占66.7%;未随身携带救急吸入剂的占33.3%。结论老年COPD患者对正确使用吸入剂方法及知识掌握不足,应做好患者应用吸入剂药物知识健康教育,使患者能有效、规范地、正确地使用药物,从而减少药物的不良反应,达到最好的治疗效果。

Objective To understand current situation of inhalant use in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease （COPD）.Method A self-designed rating scale was used to investigate inhalants device use and the operational procedure in 60 elderly patients with COPD.Results Those who knew to use dry powder inhalation devices accounted for 46.9% ,and those who knew to use aerosol inhalation devices accounted for 86.2% ;those who could distinguish the using order of drugs when having trouble breathing accounted for 46.7%,and those couldn′t accounted for 53.3%;those who carried with them an emergency inhaler accounted for 66.7%,and those who did not accounted for 33.3%.Conclusions There are much deficiency when inhalants are used in elderly patients with COPD.Therefore,it is necessary to take specific measures to improve the correct rate of using inhalation in elderly patients with COPD to reduce adverse drug reactions and improve patients′ life quality.
