摘要
目的探讨对哮喘患儿的病案进行数据库管理的方法,并了解其在提高哮喘患儿治疗中的应用效果。方法选择380例哮喘患儿随机分为对照组190例(病案采用传统纸质管理)和观察组190例(病案采用数据库管理)。观察组建立哮喘患儿的临床资料数据库,通过数据库的信息对哮喘患儿进行定期电话追踪、督导用药以及随访宣教工作;对照组采用传统病案管理方法。比较两组资料录入时间和检索时间及患儿的治疗效果和患儿家长的满意率。结果病案采用数据库规范化管理后资料检索时间较传统纸质病案管理的检索时间明显减少;哮喘患儿的复诊率、临床控制率和患儿家长的满意率高;再次入院率降低,两组比较,差异具有显著意义(均P<0.01)。结论病案采用数据库管理系统可提高哮喘患儿的复诊率以及临床控制率,降低哮喘的复发率。
Objective To investigate effectiveness of database management on the caring quality of the childhood asthma.Methods A total of 380 asthmatic children were divided into two groups.A database was established for the observation group.According to the database,patients were called and visited regularly,their rational medication was supervised and health education was performed.The control group received paper medical record management.The therapeutic effect and parents′ satisfaction in the two groups were compared.Results Database standardized management can save considerable time to retrieve information.Clinical controlling ratio,subsequent visit and parent′s satisfactions were improved noticeably in the observation group.Readmission rate was lower in the observation group than that in the control group (P〈0.05).Conclusion The database management can increase rates of return visit and clinical controlling,and lower recurrence rate of asthma.
