Comments On how to improve the quality of environmental impact ass- essment are given in this paper. By author's Opinion, in accordance with the distinguishing features of the project concerned, the applicability and guiding by the rules of science are the main criteria to evaluate the qualitof the assessment work. And the importance of technological and accidental analyses of the project is emphasized.
