摘要 目的探讨健康教育学课程考核方式改革的方案及效果。方法对2007级护理专业学生健康教育学课程的考核方式进行改革,采用自行设计的问卷,调查131名学生和部分带课教师对课程考核方式改革方案的评价。结果106名(80.9%)学生同意健康教育学课程考核改革方式,96名(73.3%)认为改革后的考核方式更能反应真实能力,94名(71.8%)认为开卷考试更有挑战性,96名(73.3%)认为能力得到锻炼,95名(72.5%)认为改革后的考核方式比闭卷考试轻松。结论改革后的考核方式可以锻炼学生的综合能力、减轻学生的压力、充分发挥学生的自主性。 Objective To explore the effects of assessment method reform for Health Education course. Methods We reformed the assessment method for Health Education course in nursing students enrolling in 2007. A seff'designed questionnaire was used to investigate the effects of the assessment method reform among 131 nursing students and some teachers. Results Totally 106(80.9%) students agreed on the assessment method reform for Health Education course,96 (73.3%) students thought that the new assessment method reflected their true abilities,94(71.8%) students thought that the new assessment method was more challenging,96(73.3%) students thought that they improved comprehensive abilities,95 (72.5%) students thought that they felt easier on the new assessment method than closed-book exam. Conclusion The new assessment method can improve nursing students' comprehensive abilities, relieve their pressure,and stimulate their self-regulated learning.
