高校青年教师专业课教学能力的培养途径

Cultivation Methods of Teaching Ability on Professional Courses of College Young Teachers

高校青年教师教学能力的培养,对于提高青年教师的教学水平,加强师资队伍建设以及高校的可持续发展都具有重要意义。本文针对青年教师的基本现状,提出了对青年教师教学能力的培养应通过有针对性的"传、帮、带"、上好实验课、采用多样化的教学形式和方法、加强课后反思教学、注重与老教员和学生的交流等方法进行。

The cultivation of teaching ability of college young teachers is important to improve their teaching quality,strengthen the construction of teaching staff and favor for college sustainable development.Based on the situation of college young teachers,this paper suggest several methods to develop their teaching ability,including passing on experience model,preparing for experimental course,using diverse teaching forms and methods,strengthening reflections on teaching after school and focusing on communication with teachers and students.
