嵩山地区“普通地质学”野外实践教学改革

Innovation of Field Practice Teaching on Physical Geology in the Song Mountain Area

野外实践是"普通地质学"课程的重要的教学环节。基于野外教学的特异性分析,提出了"室外不够室内补,内外兼修互成辅"的实践教学原则,以嵩山世界地质公园为依托,在实践基地建设的深入与外延、实践技能训练方式上做出调整,同时将过去的认知型为主改变为以探索型为主的野外教学方式,提高了野外地质实践教学的效率和质量,也进一步完善了野外地质实践教学体系,取得了良好的教学效果。

Field practice is an important component of physical geology.Due to the particularity of the field practice,we suggest the principle of interior-reinforcing and complementation between in-class teaching and out-class practice.For example,we emphasize the Songshan World Geological Park as a complementation of our indoor teaching.We make the adjustment of the training ways of practice skills and the construction of the base.It should be better to encourage students to explore some geological phenomenon themselves rather than just being told.As a result,the efficiency and quality of the field practice were improved and the teaching systems were more perfect.Generally we can make the geological teaching much more efficient and useful.
