神经、精神疾病中载脂蛋白E基因的研究进展

摘要
载脂蛋白 E( Apo E)可能通过调节神经系统的正常生长过程及损伤后的修复过程而参与了人的老化过程以及神经病理性疾病。相应的 ,编码 Apo E的基因也可能作为一种极其重要的候选基因参与神经系统的诸多重要功能。本文对近年来载脂蛋白 E基因在神经。
