摘要
目的：探讨中药川芎嗪治疗肺纤维化对Ⅰ，Ⅲ型前胶原「α１（Ⅰ），α１（Ⅲ）ｐｒｏｃｏｌｌａｇｅｎ，ＰＣ」基因表达的影响。方法：用博莱霉素Ａ５复制鼠肺纤维化模型后给予川芎嗪治疗，第２９天取肺组织做α１（Ⅰ），α１（Ⅲ）ＰＣｍＲＮＡ原位杂交检测并进行图像分析定量。结果：川芎嗪治疗后α１（Ⅰ）ＰＣｍＲＮＡ降至正常。
Objectives:To determine the effect of Ligustrazin on the gene expression of procollagen (PC) Ⅰ and PC Ⅲin rat's pulmonary fibrosis (PF).Methods:Ligustrazin was given to rat PF model made by endotracheal bleomycin (BLM) A 5 administration.α 1(Ⅰ),α 1(Ⅲ) PC mRNA in rat lungs were tested by in situ hybridization (ISH) on day 29.And the results were quantified by a feature analysor.Results:α 1(Ⅰ)PC mRNA in Ligustrazin group decreased to the normal level.Conclusions:Therapeutic effect of Ligustrazin on PF might lie in its suppression on α 1(Ⅰ)PC mRNA.Ligustrazin in treatment of the patients with PF had gained definite cuarative effects.
