摘要
纵观世界义务教育制度建立与演变的历史,其背后无不贯穿着平等、效率、人本三种伦理精神,在不同的历史时期,三种伦理精神的侧重点不同。在工业社会,义务教育制度伦理精神的着重点在于效率;在工业化向后工业化社会转型时期,义务教育制度伦理精神重点主要是在于平等;到了后工业社会,义务教育制度伦理精神的关注点则主要在于人本。
Looking through the founding and development of the compulsory education system throughout the world, the three ethic spirits -efficiency, equality, humanism is always together with it. during the different period, the key of the ethic spirit is different. In the modernization society, the key of the ethic spirit of the compulsory education system lies in efficiency; In the transferring period from modernization to post - modernization society, the key of the ethic spirit of the compulsory education system lies in equality ; In the post - modernization society, the key of the ethic spirit of the compulsory education system lie in humanism.
